Hi, I’m Dr Mike Martin, and since 1992 I’ve been working with men to take action and take control of their lives.
It’s important that men who are stressed, “down in the dumps,” not going too well, overloaded and overwhelmed take control of these common, yet serious, symptoms. Treat them like you would a broken leg, and strive to get better.
Men’s mental health issues aren’t a vague, wooly black hole.

So Who Is Dr. Mike Martin?
YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELLOR
So Who Is Thomas Klein?
Thomas is our Lead Counsellor for Youth Mental Health at Bloke Therapy.
He works with 16 to 24-year-old males who struggle with poor mental health, drug and alcohol dependence and relationship issues.
Thomas has been a Youth Case Worker with at-risk young people. He has also helped young offenders to stay in school or find paid employment, instead of returning to crime.
Thomas has worked for seven years as a Senior Mental Health Case Worker for psychological injuries across NSW Workers' Compensation and nationwide Life Insurance schemes.
Thomas has a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Counselling. He is currently completing a Master of Counselling at the University of Notre Dame.
Thomas leads a casual social support group for males in their 20s to 30s. He also has a passion for weight training.
